A convicted double rapist who allegedly threatened women within days of being released on parole is fighting to overturn his recall to prison. John Albert Thomas Clarke, 38, had served nine(?) years of an 11 year term for abducting and raping a 15 year old girl while on bail on charges of raping a 24 year old woman in similar circumstances.

ESO special conditions set by the Parole Board on 26.09.08 as follow:
1) He must reside at an undisclosed Supported Accommodation residence and not to move from that address without the prior written approval of a Probation Officer.
2) He must not say away overnight from his residence without prior written approval of his Probation Officer.
3) He must not approach, enter or remain on the premises of the victims of his offending at any time.
4) He must not associate or otherwise have contact, directly or indirectly, with any person under 16 years of age (with the exception of his immediate family) unless under the direct supervision of an informed adult who has been approved in writing by his Probation Officer. An informed adult is a person over
the age of 20 years who is fully aware of his previous offending and high risk situations, and in the opinion of the Probation Officer will not support or collude with any further offending.
5) He must not have contact or to otherwise associate with the victims his offending directly or indirectly unless he has the prior written consent of his Probation
Officer.
