The prosecution said Maxwell clung onto the car as she swerved from side to side to try to dislodge him in an act of revenge after she accused him of sexually assaulting their daughter, Radio New Zealand reported. But a medical examination subsequently found no evidence to support the assault allegation, the court was told.
