Background
From TV One Assignment 14th June 2001
The changing face of New Zealand prisons. Rod Vaughan looks at new rehabilitation programmes being tried around the country - and the personal impact this is having on inmates, victims and their families. In the first one-hour documentary of its kind, Assignment is granted the highest level of access to several Kiwi prisons.
