Background
On June the 15th 2001 in the early hours of the morning, broke into the home of Noel and Ann McKenzie and stabbed Noel to death. The motive is not known to this day, the offender has refused to reveal it to this date. He has had no previous convictions for violent offences as far as we can ascertain. However his own mother had taken a trespass order out against him.
