Background
Found guilty after a trial in the High Court at Hamilton. McMahon would prey on his victims by giving one of them lollies, money and would commit indecencies on her and intimidate her and would abuse her while teaching her how to drive. McMahon would indecently assault another 8 year old victim on various occasions including when they both played with her brothers and sisters. McMahon also sexually abused a third victim on various occasions including while babysitting.
