Background
In the Auckland High Court, Justice Timothy Brewer said psychiatric and psychological reports assessed Nuntoon as remaining high risk of future offending. He said Nuntoon displayed no remorse and that Nuntoon did not accept his offending was sexually motivated. The judge told Nuntoon "If you offend again in this way, I am quite sure that you will be sentenced to preventive detention."
