A jury in the High Court in Christchurch has found three men guilty of conspiring to supply a class B drug. Michael Peter Bain, 37 (Rupert Glover), Eric John Risdon, 40 (David Ruth), and James Michael Thomas, 47 (Elizabeth Lorimer) were all found guilty of conspiring to supply morphine. They all denied the charge. Thomas was also found guilty on two charges of possessing a class B controlled drug for supply. Earlier, Bain, Risdon, and Bernard Lawrence de Hair, 41 (Pat Butler), admitted selling a class B drug. All four will be sentenced in November.
