Extremely lengthy list of past convictions including being jailed for three years for rape in 1985, aggravated robbery in 1985, attempted sexual violation, indecent assault on a female, doing an indecent act in a public place, assaults on police in 1998 and 1991, common assault, possession of an offensive weapon in 1984 and 2001, public nuisance offences, drunken/disorderly behaviour, car theft (over 137 times!) and other charges, failure to answer bail etc etc etc
