A teen indecently assaulted a man before urinating on his floor, the Invercargill District Court was told yesterday. Mathew Nikau Wilson, 18, admitted charges of threatening to do grievous bodily harm, assault, indecent assault, remaining in a building without authority and with intent to commit a crime, and wounding with intent to injure, when he appeared before Judge Kevin Phillips yesterday.
Police prosecutor Sergeant Denise Harvey said Wilson went to one victim's house about 10.30pm on July 21 and indecently assaulted him. He also urinated on the floor before going to another house and punching a second victim and hitting him on the head with a bottle, she said. He later told police he had been drinking home brew bourbon and could not remember the first incident, she said. Judge Phillips remanded Wilson in custody to December 6 for sentence.

Mathew Nikau Wilson, 18, was sentenced to eight months' jail and ordered to pay $550 reparation when he appeared for sentence on a range of charges, including male assaults female, burglary, intentional damage and unlawfully in a building. The majority of the offending occurred on October 31 and November 1.
