Sentenced to 9 months in Hawkes Bay Regional prison in 2000
Background
From feedback form, confirmed from media sources
He was sentenced to 9 months in prison for serious violence (under section 5) of the Criminal Justice Act. He has numerous convictions for violence. His sentence was handed down in the Gisborne District Court, as reported in the Gisborne Herald and the Bay Of Plenty Times, as well as the local Te Puke newspaper. His firearms licence has been permanently revoked.
He preys upon lonely women. Lures them into thinking he can offer them "love and happiness forever" if they come and live with him (on the family farm) however, there are numerous obstacles - he is addicted to cannabis (grown on the family farm) and feuds with his brother and mother with whom he lives.
