Young Offenders (Serious Crimes) Bill Submission in support of this excellent Bill put forward by Ron Marks.

Prisoners and Victims Claims Bill Submissions from the Trust as a whole and a selection of submissions from individuals. This is the legislation dealing with prisoner compensation, which we have been campaigning against. The legislation is still on its way through Parliament at the time of writing.

Victims Request List A large submission on behalf of the families of NZ's murder victims was made to Parliament on Tuesday July the 22nd 2003. In it we requested a timetable from Parliament on 12 action points. Therefore this submission is divided up into a number of sections, plus there were four stories from these families, which are in the Victims' Stories section
DNA Bill Submission on the Criminal Investigations (Bodily Samples) Amendment Bill, otherwise known as the DNA Bill, which we made in late 2002, finishing with a hard hitting oral submission by Kelly Piggott, Teresa Cormack's Mother.
