Background
Found guilty by a jury of sexual violation and indecent assault of a 16 year old girl. Diack denied the charges during the trial but in his submissions before sentencing defence counsel Bill Dawkins told Judge Saunders he now admitted the offences. Sentenced in the Dundedin District Court.
