Background
Found guilty November 2005 after a three day trial before Judge Harvey and a jury in the Manukau District Court. The court was told Grey associated with his victim's neighbours but did not know the victim personally. Grey entered the complainant’s house. He engaged her in conversation, threatened her, before forcing himself upon her.
