The court was told Habib was playing with the girl and was discovered lying on top of her. Both were naked from the waist down. Habib admitted he tried to have sexual intercourse with the girl but could not get his penis inside her because she was so young. Judge Chris McGuire feared something far worse would have happened if Habib had not been interrupted. He said Habib would next time be sentenced to a term of preventive detention.
