Background
While Hall's offending did not involve a degree of violence or a street attack it had serious features of breach of trust, premeditation, grooming and multiple offences. The Crown said a 7 year starting point at least would have been appropriate however it acknowledged Hall suffers from serious ill health, is confined to a wheelchair and should be sentenced to at least 6 years

We have since been advised that Hall is able to drive and get around using a walking stick and/or crutch
