Background
Pleaded guilty to the charges in September 2007. Hayward started to reside with victim's mother in 1996 when the victim was 8. Hayward had been preying on the boy for a considerable amount of time. While in his care Hayward would have sexual discussions with the victim, show him explicit photographs and would sexually molest the victim.
