A Wellington man facing two charges of indecently assaulting a boy under 12 appeared in the High Court at Rotorua yesterday. Geoffrey Michael McIlroy, 35, unemployed labourer, represented by Louis Bidois, pleaded not guilty to violation by unlawful sexual connection between February 1, 1992, and October 21, 1993. He also pleaded not guilty to a further charge of sexual violation by unlawful sexual connection between May 1, 1993, and October 21, 1993. The trial was expected to end today.
