Background
The former president of the Christchurch Mongrel Mob chapter has been sentenced to two years jail for having unlawful sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old, and inducing her to perform an indecent act on him. Thirty three-year-old Chad Puru admitted both charges after a trial on a charge of raping the girl ended with a hung jury. The crown opted not to retry him on the rape charge.

This animal served just eight months for this rape, yet the victim is still suffering to this day. She has been grossly failed by our "justice" system.
